My name is Liaan Lategan
I am a tourguide, YouTuber and keen Wildlife photographer. I created the Game-viewing Game because I want to make people aware of the animals that most of the time gets overlooked. By creating a fun leaderboard, people going on Safari can see how their experience measures up against those who have been on other Safaris.

 So how does it work?

Every time you go on a Safari with me, the Game is on. Your challenge is to see how many different animal, bird, insect and arachnid you can see. Each individual species counts 1 point each, this means that if you see an earthworm it is worth just as much as an elephant. A piece of paper, a pen and a clipboard will be your best friend. Spelling does not count, just make sure you do not count the same species more than once. At the end of each Safari, you can get BONUS points if you have seen all of the Big 5, all of the little 5 and also all of the magnificent 7 (Big 5 plus cheetah and wild dog).
